  2. uses 2, 3, or 4+ ring-binders
  3. uses filing cabinets
  4. uses paper
  5. uses file folders
  6. prints out company procedure manuals
  7. uses paper clips
  8. uses paper binders
  9. uses staplers
  10. uses stapler removers
  11. uses typewriters
  12. uses postal mail to send documents to insurance agents / brokers
  13. uses postal mail to send documents to customers
  14. printers whether dot-matrix or laser
  15. uses printer paper
  16. uses copiers
  17. uses scanners
  18. uses whiteout
  19. uses rolodexes or other business card holders
  20. uses interoffice envelopes
  21. uses telephones not connected to the Internet
  22. uses whiteboards (that don’t digitally capture the notes on it) for meetings
